Light Within explores the hidden space beneath the surface — a sanctuary formed through layers of texture, experience, and time. Its rugged exterior opens inward to reveal a sheltered landscape of stone and flame, where light emerges from the depths.
Smoky Quartz represents grounding, resilience, and the wisdom found through life’s experiences, while Honey Calcite symbolizes warmth. Together, they embody Light Within—the quiet inner strength that continues to shine through every layer and season of life.
Each piece is inherently one of a kind. Variations in texture, form, crystal placement, and finish are part of the character of the work and reflect the hand of the artist.

The LUMINESA process
Sculptural Candlescapes transforming fabric and concrete into vessels and forms. Each artwork is individually created by hand using cloth saturated in concrete, shaped, manipulated, plastered, and then painted. A centrepiece arrangement is carefully designed and constructed with natural crystals drawn from the earth's landscape, accompanied by illuminating tealights.
